ONCE WE ARRIVE FOR SERVICE, PRICES QUOTED MAY CHANGE IF WEIGHT, ATTITUDE OR FUR IS DIFFERENT FROM THE INFORMATION GIVEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
One day prior to your grooming appointment you will receive a confirmation text and or voicemail.
If either text or voicemail go unanswered the groomer will not go out!
If for any reason after confirmation of the appointment the client is not home and or does not answer the door, the groomer will attempt to call and or text.
If scheduling allows the groomer may be able to but is not required to wait for your arrival.
If the appointment is rescheduled there will be a blank trip fee on the next visit.

Please Note: Our goal at Happy Scrappy Mobile Pet Grooming is to provide quality pet services at a reasonable price. If your pet is too difficult for service we reserve the right to refuse servicing your pet, at no charge to you. If your pets hair is too matted or unmanageable, we would gladly completely shave him or her.
